What counts as a “prompt,” and which ones should I track?

A prompt is a real question your buyers would ask an AI (e.g., “best email marketing tool for Shopify”). Start with high‑intent product/service queries, brand vs. competitor comparisons, and key use‑cases. You can add your own or use AI‑suggested prompts, then tag by model, category, and topic.

How does setup work and how long until I see results?

Add your website(s), the prompts you care about, and any competitors. Pick countries and models to monitor. Setup takes about 5 minutes—initial results start populating shortly after, and trendlines build over time as we refresh data.

Which AI search engines and regions do you support?

We track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Grok on all plans; Google AI Overview is available on Enterprise. Monitoring can be scoped by country where supported so you can see regional differences.

How often is data refreshed?

Prompts are checked on an automated schedule daily, with the dashboard updating key stats every few minutes.

How do competitors work—do you suggest them or do I add them?

You can add rivals manually, and we also surface likely competitors discovered alongside your brand in LLM responses. For each competitor we track mentions, average position, visibility %, share of voice, and sentiment.

What metrics do you provide and how should I use them?

Core metrics include AI Authority Index, AI Visibility Rate, Average AI Ranking, Reputation Score, Mentions, Links, Sentiment, and Share of Voice. We also extract citations and attribute them to sources so you can prioritize PR, reviews, or community plays that move rankings.

Can I export the data or use it in my BI tools? Do you send alerts?

Currently data export is not available but we are working on providing that functionality soon. Email alerts are included in all plans.

Is my data secure, and what do you share with LLM providers?

Transport is encrypted over HTTPS and data is stored in a managed database. We only share prompt content with the LLM providers you’ve explicitly enabled to process your tracking. No proprietary data is shared with LLM or any third party.
