Find a Local Orb: The core of the verification process is the Orb, a custom biometric imaging device. Use the World App to find the nearest 'World Space' or Orb operator in your area. The network has thousands of Orbs in over 160 countries.
Verify Your World ID: Visit the Orb location for a quick, in-person verification. The Orb scans your iris to confirm that you are a unique human, creating a secure and anonymous World ID. This process is designed to ensure that each person can only register once. Your biometric data is not stored; it is used only to generate a unique iris code which is then deleted.
Use Your World ID: Once verified, you can use your World ID to securely and privately sign in to a growing number of websites, dApps, and online services, proving you are a real person without needing a traditional username or password.
